Last Call Vol. 1
Raspberry. Honey. Dry. It’s last call, better make it a good one. Gorn from the days spent behind the bar, calls of “yes, Chef,” and 3am closes, this cider is best served sitting on a milk crate after a long shift.
Last Call is produced using locally sourced fruit and honey, and made in very small batches.

Ingredients: Apples, raspberry, honey

Contains: Suphites naturally produced during fermentation

Fermented at 1818 Farm and Cidery
Unfiltered with sediment present. No added sulphites.

Nose
Raspberry, Floral, Honey

Palate
Dry, high acidity with some tannic grip, raspberry funk flavour, flowers, tart red fruits, and fruits and dry honey taste.

Process
Fermented Honey from Alpenblick and local raspberries to make a mead, blended equal parts raspberry mead, crab apple and regular cider to come up with the finished product. Disgorged.

Service Notes
Inspired by cocktail “Clover Club,” Last Call is best served chilled, in a cocktail glass. Fine bubble will rise when open. 4-6 oz pour for best results.
