Soft. Rich. Vanilla. A life of study and love for wine has led our cidermaker down the road to create a sip remnicient to Chardonnay of the old world. Aged five months exclusively in French Chardonnay barrels.

The Cidery

Under the mastership of our Cidermaker, Wes Hunter, the Cidery will facilitate cider production through an all-natural-fermentation process, transforming our organically grown heritage apples into craft ciders sure to please.
The Cidery will be a destination for locals and travelers alike, featuring a gourmet farm-to-table menu and picturesque views of our farmland. It will also serve as a venue space for community and educational events.
