With bold aroma, sharp acidity, and an intense mouthfeel, this cider showcases matured russet apples and Dolgo crabapples in a 50/50 blend. Crab apples sourced from Apple Flats — Wellesley, Ontario.

Nose
Ripe Apple, Alcohol, Red Fruit

Palate
Dry, high acidity with strong tannic grip, rich apple flavour, melon, tart red fruit with a dose of funky flavour.

Process
Dolgo crab apple juice aged 5 months in barrel while russet juice remained unaged. Blended and carbonated at a high level.

Service Notes
Serve chilled, let stand upright in fridge until all sediment has settled. Pour slow and leave some cider remaining in bottle. Fine bubble will rise when open. 4-6 oz pour for best results. Wine glass prefered.
